We plan for sizes to be 12-18lbs. They come packaged in a shrinkwrap bag similar to what we use for our chickens. The birds will be ready to go November 8th-10th. The neck is included in the cavity of the bird. The heart, liver, and gizzard are available upon request.
 
We move the turkeys across our land in large paddocks weekly. They love to forage in the grass for insects, and they fertilize our land along the way!
 
$15 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a turkey.  Your deposit will be credited to the full price of the turkey upon pickup. To fill out a sign-up sheet, submit your request in the order form, and we will email you the form to return to us!
